Patricia Rhodes understands what it means to be of service to others. Especially those that are considered the underserved. Whether they are adult women living with substance use disorders and addiction or youth and young adults needing some direction to navigate this sometimes difficult journey called life. After graduating high school, attending college, and more than 30 years in Corporate America, she realized that there has to be a greater purpose. That’s when God revealed to her that the Ministry of Service is where her heart lied. “We get the greatest fulfillment when we seek to serve others and do what we can to impact another person for the better.” “It is my endeavor to inspire others through my faith, hope, and love. Knowing that the greatest of these is LOVE.”

Kyle Hollins

Kyle Hollins is the Founder and CEO of Lyrik's Institution, a nonprofit organization based in Kansas City that empowers at-risk youth through innovative cognitive behavioral therapy and creative arts programs. Kyle's journey is defined by overcoming a challenging background—one marked by homelessness, involvement in gang activities, and drug dealing, which eventually led to over 90 months of incarceration. It was during this transformative period that he discovered the power of cognitive behavioral therapy, reshaping his life and inspiring him to help others break free from cycles of violence and poverty.

Determined to turn his past into a force for good, Kyle founded Lyrik's Institution in 2019, launching the flagship IBUILD program that serves youth aged 13-25. This program equips young people with the skills to develop emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and critical thinking. Recognized for his impactful leadership and commitment to community upliftment, Kyle was honored with the prestigious Pinnacle Prize in 2023. Today, as a public speaker, seminary student, and advocate for social change, Kyle Hollins continues to inspire and empower others by sharing his powerful story of redemption and resilience.

Drawing from his professional journey, including running his own business as an owner-operator and working as a reliable freight delivery driver, he uses his personal and professional experiences to inspire young adults through vulnerability, accountability, and intentional guidance. With a commitment to reshaping culture and empowering the next generation, Ja’Juan strives to create opportunities that lead to meaningful change and brighter futures for youth.
